I am a teacher of over twenty years who left public school teaching when I could no longer deny my passion for teaching with film and other authentic resources.
My teaching included all forms of media: print, music, artwork, film, and even television. My students learned from these resources, and they were engaged.
My background is in education, film, and math. My film studies were completed at Wesleyan University, and they continue to enhance everything I do with regard to education.
On a personal level, I am a writer whose work has been recognized at the local and national level. I am also trained in comedy writing, stand up, and improv.
